At Infinito Eventos, we continue to move forward with our digital transformation strategy with the launch of SPACE<\/strong>, a new internal platform designed to centralize all event-related information and improve communication between departments.<\/p>\n

SPACE allows all employees to complete their digital working-time registration<\/strong>, while also providing access from a single environment to the technical requirements of each event, commercial information, photographs and videos, 3D plans, renders and specific client notes for the event setup.<\/p>\n

Much more than a time-recording system<\/h3>\n

Although working-time registration is one of its features, SPACE has a much broader objective: making everyday work easier for everyone at Infinito.<\/p>\n

Nadia Moya, Head of Human Resources at Infinito Eventos, highlights the importance of this development:<\/p>\n

\u201cSPACE allows us to integrate working-time registration into a tool that genuinely adds value for both our employees and the company. Having all this information digitalized and accessible makes our internal processes much easier and allows us to work in a more organized, agile and transparent way.\u201d<\/p>\n

Direct communication between production, warehouse and logistics<\/h3>\n

One of the main advantages of SPACE is the connection between the different teams involved in preparing an event. Technical requirements can be communicated directly to Infinito’s warehouse and logistics center<\/strong>, facilitating equipment preparation and reducing potential communication errors.<\/p>\n

SPACE also incorporates a material and equipment control system<\/strong>, allowing the company to digitally register and monitor equipment and material entering and leaving the warehouse<\/strong>. This gives Infinito greater control over which equipment is assigned to each production, when it is returned and its availability for future events.<\/p>\n

Tom\u00e1s Castellanos, Production Director at Infinito Eventos, explains:<\/p>\n

\u201cFor the production department, this represents a major change. Being able to access the event requirements, plans, renders, photographs, videos and client instructions from a single platform means we arrive at the installation with much more information and can prepare every production much more precisely. Having all equipment movements digitally controlled also helps us improve warehouse organization and keep much better track of our equipment.\u201d<\/p>\n

Directly connected to ETENDO<\/h3>\n

SPACE is directly connected to ETENDO<\/strong>, Infinito Eventos’ CRM and management system. This integration opens up new possibilities for further automating processes and connecting the company’s different departments.<\/p>\n

According to Eddy P\u00e9rez, CEO of Infinito Eventos:<\/p>\n

\u201cSPACE represents a very important step forward for Infinito. We didn’t simply want to digitalize processes that we previously managed on paper; we wanted to change the way we work. Having commercial, technical and logistical information connected within the same ecosystem allows us to be much more efficient.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reducing printed documentation also contributes to Infinito Eventos’ commitment to a more sustainable and environmentally responsible way of working<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
